I've wanted to lose the extra pounds for years. December 1, 2008 I decided it was time to make it happen, so that's what I am working on. 1)Take the extra pounds off. 2) Keep them off...forever.
Running 3 days a week, practicing portion control, aikido, strength training with resistance bands.

Back and forth. Yes, backtracking. It's been a tough winter, had some injuries that prevented exercise. Now it is warm enough to be in the pool again and I am mentally gearing up to get healthy again. Yes!!!
