to lose weight, be healthy, and be happy for my family. Motivation and commitment are my biggest issues so boosting those will only help.
Making water my new Best Friend. Cutting out sweets and soda all together will be hard, but also something that will be done!
As of right now, nothing. I am seriously lacking in the "want to" department.
I am from South East Kentucky and my entire family has "big bones" and I wish I wasn't that "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" girl.
I gained 20 lbs while living with my parents until our home was ready for us. Now that we're on our own, I am a lot happier. My husband and I just celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary our son is 18 months old :)
Being happy is hard for me even with the most precious gift I could ever have in my son and my husbands love. I have to learn how to be happy with myself, I just haven't figured out how to yet. Hopefully losing weight will guide me on the right path and let me be a great example for everyone out there, including my little boy.
Rhonda saved me from myself today; I got a box thing at Taco Bell, and she said she'd eat the chalupa...and I saved her half the cinnamon twist. So I did good (600 cals) for lunch plus diet Mt. Dew=CAFFEINE!!! LOL!
I'm taking a rest day Wednesday; have been exercising 3 days straight and my muscles need repair time. I'll see you Thursday at Zumba though :) Looking forward to our HP Marathon on the 9th; I've got HP 2 & 5 on order.
