I am mother of two children and a wife of an accountant/musican. I have an extremely busy schedule with work and managing my family leaving no time to take care of myself by workingout. I am mother of two children and a wife of an accountant/musican. I have an extremely busy schedule with work and managing my family leaving no time to take care of myself by workingout. I started workingout and changing my eating habits back in Aug. 2011, I did amazing until end of Sept 2011 when I went on my honeymoon then well, I started slacking off and barely workingout which turned into not eating right. I picked back up for a little bit at a time and then gave up again around the Holidays. As of the 1st of Jan. 2012 my workout buddy and I made a verbal agreement to our friend Z who provides us with our daily workout routine. We promised him that we would committ to working out at least 5 days a week So far we have kept our end of the bargin. Well, I had to lay low for about 3 weeks after my shin splints got really bad, but then I picked up pretty fast. After my workout buddy told me about this site and I started looking into, I have become addicted to it as it is so easy to plug in my information from workouts to logging my food intake. I have looked at othe sites for this in the past and by far this is the best site ever..

My Goals:
My goal is to loose five pounds a month. I have changed my eating habits and I am sure I will need to adjust them so more to continue to see results. I have made this change into the way I make meals for my family as well.
My Program:
I have started making meals for the my whole family that are healthy. I have a friend who sets me up with a workout program that is pretty intense. I do a cross between P90X, insanity and Crossfit. The workouts are hard but very challenging and never borning.
