Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
I've been so thin "you couldn't see me sideways", I've been so fit I'd jog ten miles a day, and I've been heavy enough to catch fat jokes. I've been just about everywhere on the scale, with clothing from size 6-20, currently a 14, and looking to find (and maintain!) a healthy middle ground of size 8 or 10. My body, mind, and emotions can't handle the yo-yoing anymore and I think I may just be fed up enough to actually do something about it this time. The Slimfast site helped me lose ten pounds before it went down for maintenance about a month ago--and I gained it all back! As long as this site stays up, I should be good!
I work at a salon in a very hip, trendy area and would love some fashionable new clothes--but don't like the way size 14 clothing looks on me. When I hit an 8 or 10, it's shopping spree time!
I'm going to buckle down on my Slimfast plan. Shake for breakfast, shake/light lunch, usually Udon soup with veggies for dinner (including edamame for protein). The most important and most difficult part for me is not snacking. As long as we're being honest, that means quitting smoking pot and eating in front of the TV, or out of boredom.
I'm in Portland, born in MA, recently from TN and FL. I was in the Air Force, I've been a coo, a trucker, a bookseller, a barista, and a receptionist. My Boyfriend Ryan and I have lived together for almost 2 years and have a dog, cat, and turtle. I'm tattooed live in a house full of tattooed friends.
I'm borderline obsessed with fine cuisine and any TV show or magazine relating to it. I daydream about recipes and cooking techniques. I like indie, hip hop, and metal music. I used to be an exercise fanatic but now have a really hard time enjoying working out at all, although I do ride my bicycle most everywhere.

Yeah, I'm super stoked that we've worked out 3 times this week!! I'm going to try to go to the gym with my dad while I'm gone that way I don't fall too far behind. You should definitely try to hit up Laurelhurst while i'm gone 2-3 times.
I try to keep track of my nutrition, I typically can get it in 1/2 the time. Doesn't mean I like the numbers that I end up with though!
