Regarding those last five pesky pounds, I did not materially change what I was doing. If anything, they may have come off more slowly than the rest because I allowed myself to eat near the top if my calorie range, giving me a smaller deficit each week. But I kept my exercise and eating routine the same. Eventually the last five left. But it did take a while.
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I read your one about your husband and it's something I fear may happen when my boyfriend is done playing football. He's currently 6'6" and 315 lbs. but that's because that's what his coaches want him to weigh. He says he plans to lose it all when he's done but I guess we shall see. Hopefully I'll be completely changed by then and have healthy eating habits to share with him. Hope you don't mind that I added you as a friend.
