I consider myself a fit person--I lift weights (good heavy ones!) three days a week, I run (not very fast), I do yoga, I do indoor cardio (I love my rowing machine), and all this has made a tremendous difference in my health over the past few years. But I'm still a good fifteen to twenty pounds heavier than I would like to be--I haven't lost much scale-weight, in fact, since 2010, although I have obviously lost fat, as my old clothes are too big and I have had to buy smaller ones. But I'm still a good fifteen to twenty pounds heavier than I would like to be--I haven't lost much scale-weight, in fact, since 2010, although I have obviously lost fat, as my old clothes are too big and I have had to buy smaller ones. This is progress and I am proud of it, but I know I have to dial my nutrition in if I want to look like I think someone who is as active as I am ought to.
