I see that you said that you think about food all the time, even when not hungry. let me ask you a few questions: when you think about food what is going on, are you stressed out , bored, tired?
I thought about food all the time as well-and sometimes still do. Mostly when I am bored, or going through something, food is my friend and I want to reward myself with it-so being good. Or I am soooo bored that I love the way that food entertains you. So somethings that I have started to done-is, 1. drink more water, 2. eat more nutrient dense foods, 3. find healthy low calorie snacks-fruit, veggies, etc. -there is a book called, Dr. Shapiros-Picture perfect weight loss, it is awesome it shows you, in pictures, if you are hungry for lets say a hot fudge sundae-which is a certain amount of calories and fat a substitution that taste just like the hotfudge sundae-but is way way way less fattning-Let me know if any of that helps!
