I remember reading an article by a bald health fitness woman (whose name I can not remember) who said her goal when she was over weight was for her thighs not to touch. Yep that's mine as well, to have a breezeway between my thighs. :-)
Okay there are more reasons than that, but that's a place to start right??

Hi, and welcome to SP and to the Film Buffs group! Hmmm...the only thing between my thighs will be my husband! I think even when I'm fit, my thights will rub. (sob!) Anyway, you will find SP really works if you stick to it, so best of luck, and see you 'round the boards!
