My Goals:
February goal: to loose 15lbs by this summer. Tone up and sit up straight!

My Program:
Zumba, Cardio & strength training. Proper nutrition.

Other Information:
I love to go riding (quads/dirt bikes) @ the dunes -great workout! I love camping, playing with my dogs, visiting family, and friends. I adore my Zumba class!
I am pretty outgoing, love to be social, and love to just be lazy sometimes!

Yes - we went on the Royal Caribbean's 'Freedom of the Seas'. It was an amazing ship - so much to do! As of a month ago, it was the biggest ship in the world, but now RC has come out with an even bigger ship called 'Oasis of the Seas' which is supposed to be crazy. I would definitely recommend RC for a cruise! Good pick!

Aww, sorry to hear your weigh in last night didn't show the numbers you were hoping for! But you are right that you can and will lose it! I definitely know what you mean about seeing numbers in the 130s and getting closer to where you were a few years ago. Shoot, I can't even remember the last time I was in the 130s!! I've pretty much been overweight forever, really. But my goal is 135 -- I think I'll faint when I see numbers starting with 13_!

Glad to hear the Pilates class was good! Yeah, those instructors are crazy - they are so fit that they just bounce back into shape after having a baby in no time! That's good you were still able to do the majority of the workout even with your back injury. I like feeling sore after a workout - makes me feel like I really did something!

That's great that you can resist the fast food! I go thru phases when I'll really crave it and then it'll not interest me at all. I know how bad it is, sometimes its just the convenience of it. And yes, soda is really bad! I have pretty much given up soda, too. Sounds to me like you already eat healthy! Good for you!
