My Goals:
To workout everyday. To love the way I feel and look and to wear a size 9 jean at least and medium size shirts.
My Program:
I work out everyday. I try and eat only when im hungry, I dont drink pop anymore. I also try and get a good night sleep and I barley ever drink alcohol.
Personal Information:
My famiy and friends are very important to me. I also love to travel.
