My Goals:
My new goal is to find a spark buddy, take time for exercise 4 days a week (at least) and be very aware of what I eat. and use my skier. and go to more art museums--not necessarily all at the same time. But I'm sure it would help....
My Program:
so far I walk periodically, and use the 28 day bootcamp video. sometimes.
Personal Information:
Lived in Alexandria for a year, am 61, a grandmom 4 (and soon to be 5)x. Married to my soulmate--it is better the 2nd time around for me!! I taught exercise for 20 years, was a massage therapist for 9 years. And then I turned into a couch potato :( and lost my muscle and gained 10 lbs.
Other Information:
I love God, family, most people, painting, books, movies, camping, Pinterest and the Internet!
