My work out was great, thats for asking. I just do stuff like walking, sit ups and chasing my kids haha. My big battle is food, its hard changing my eating habbits. Before i got to be a stay at home mom i was working two jobs and in a high school caffateria, so it was not the healthiest food in the world haha. but i eat breakfast, play with my kids, then have a snack the small work out, then lunch, then clean or walk, then a snack , then play the wii or basketball, then dinner then strength work out.
