Hello my name is Kerri I am almost 25. I had the lap band surgery on August 24th 2012. I am a stay home mom and I am ready to take control of my life. I feel stronger and more motivated than ever because I know I can do ALL things through Christ which strengthens me and I am leaning on him during my times of weakness and praying for self discipline. I have a baby girl she is going to be 4 this year, and a wonderful husband who is 43. I have always been overweight but I dont want to be the mom on the bench at the park I am ready to be the mom going down the slide =) I am also going on a cruise March 2014 so I really want to lose some weight so I can have fun with my family and not be tired and self conscious. I am going back to school to finish my dregree and get my RN I love working with elderly people so I plan on working in a nursing home. I have a lot of good things happening in life right now and am ready to take care of myself.

My Goals:
extremely short term I want to start incorporating exercise 5 times a week and drink lots of water

Short term I would like to lose 22 pounds

Longish term I would like to get to 220 before March 16 2013 before I go on my cruise

Long term I would like to get down around 150 depending on what looks best with my body frame.

My Program:
I eat several small meals a day, walk everyday, drink at least 5 glasses of water trying to drink more, one caffine free diet soda a day. Started adding baby spinach to a lot of my meals to fill me up with fiber.

Personal Information:
I am from St.Marys Ohio. My husband and I just bought our first house here together. It is a lovely community, and I am looking forward to walking and biking and becoming more active.

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

My work out was great, thats for asking. I just do stuff like walking, sit ups and chasing my kids haha. My big battle is food, its hard changing my eating habbits. Before i got to be a stay at home mom i was working two jobs and in a high school caffateria, so it was not the healthiest food in the world haha. but i eat breakfast, play with my kids, then have a snack the small work out, then lunch, then clean or walk, then a snack , then play the wii or basketball, then dinner then strength work out. Hope it works haha lost a pound today emoticon
