Hi!! Thanx for the encouragement! I'm aming for where you are now. I still have a long way to go. You are just about finnished!!! Yaa! I have been using the tracker and reading the information on Sparks. I tell myself this is a life change and not a diet. Diet is die with a t at the end LOL. Have you been following Sparks or something different? I mostly figgured out what my fillers were. Things like toast or crackers and cheese were a quick snack. I now snack better and I have learned to control my portions. I love veggies so I make a lot more of them and I don't eat things that I don't enjoy. I figured out that I can have a MC burger once in a while but instead of the fries I havea salad. WOW this got long sorry I'll talk to you later. Maybe we can inspire each other. Thanks for stopping by my page. I truly feel that you WILL persevere until you have achieved your goal to your satisfaction. Think how long you've been at it - most people give up with just one setback, you've stuck it out and sound determined to continue. We're both going to make it this year!
