Last pounds a struggle....

My Goals:
-Get down to my ideal weight.
-Continue 1 hr of exer ise a min of 3 times per week. Currently going to the walking track 3 times per week for 1 hour. Averaging 6km/hr.
-8 glasses of water/ day.
-Limit my coffee intake to a maximum of 1 cup/day. Otherwise drinking caffiene free tea or decaf coffee.


My Program:
I truly do believe that moderation is key. This is what helped me to lose the initial weight in the first place. Cutting back on bad snacks and upping the healthy ones, eating smaller meal portions, and NEVER cutting one thing completely out.

Hi :). Thankyou SO much for your compliments. That makes me feel really good. My start weight was 165. I looked and looked for a good pic of me at my start weight but apparently I avoided the camera as much as possible at that point, lol. I lost 40, and had gotten to 125. Over the past year or so I have fluctuated up and down between 125 and 130, but now, after the holidays its a firm 130, lol. The last thing I want to do is gain back what I worked so hard to loose, and I would be happiest at about 120. My goal always was 120 or so, but the last 10lbs have proven REALLY hard. Apparently loosing the last few vanity pounds is a whole new ballgame. I'm trying to learn how to ramp it up to the point I need to but its REALLY hard because the things that worked for me in the past donít work for this it seems. And of course I am at that weight everyone says "why are YOU on a diet." SOO frustrating. But thank you so much for your compliments, it helps me want to be successful AGAIN. Congratulations to you too :)

Hey girl!!! Thanks a bunch for stopping by my page. It looks like you and I are at the same weight and are aiming for around the same goal weight. I agree with moderation totally ...and I truly believe that cutting something out completely is never a good thing! It sounds to me like you are on the right track!! ...Good luck with your goals for 2007, I think you're going to do great.
