Another photo from the same day. I thought I should share one that showed my whole body better.
Looking to lose pregnancy weight, get fit, and provide a healthy lifestyle for my family.
I'm hoping to get back into shape after having my third baby. Rather than just diet, I want to involve the whole family in a healthy lifestyle change. I'd love to make fitness buddies and meet friends with similar interests!
As of 11/09/14:
* Drink 8 glasses of water per day
* Do 30 mins of exercise at least 3 days/wk
* Start learning yoga
* Do a second Whole30 - with a food journal and proper reintroduction phase
* Get down to 150 lbs
* Grow most of our food in 2015
* Run a 5k

* Get blood pressure issues back under control
* Become more active
* Discover healthy recipes, especially snacks, that the whole family will enjoy
This year I learned about and successfully completed the Whole30 elimination diet. I lost over 25 lbs, learned a lot about how my body reacts to certain foods, and learned a lot about nutrition.
I'm currently sticking with a not-completely paleo diet. I'm slowly easing into it & mostly focusing on making healthier choices.
I'm still looking for a fitness routine that really calls to me. I would love to learn yoga and tai chi, and I already enjoy walking, jogging, and hiking. A knee injury threw me off the wagon, but I'm now aiming to get back on.
I'm a homesteading, home/unschooling, attachment parenting mother of 3 girls. Also: speculative fiction writer, birth doula, and Reiki Master.

I can certainly relate to joining too many teams and being spread too thin. I did that too in the beginning. Give the team a try and if it doesn't seem to work for you or help you then don't feel bad about leaving. I will not be upset. You have to do what works for you!
