Fit4Life

Hi, as with most people, I've struggled with my weight my whole life. At the same time, though, I've been pretty active and "fit". I completed a marathon, I play competitive volleyball several times a week, etc.

I've tried most diet plans - Weight Watchers (multiple times), Nutrisystem, Food Lovers, etc.

For some reason the book Eat to Live just clicked and I'm entering Month 2 as a nutritarian/vegan/flexitarian:)

My motivation is to be healthy and ...

My motivation is to be healthy and truly fit. I can imagine how much more enjoyable my life will be without 80 + pounds...so I'm doing it this time. I'll need help so here I am...looking for encouragement and more motivation and whatever I can use to make it to my goal - fit 4 life, eat to live!

My Program:
I started the Eat to Live lifestyle on 8/30/10 - basically my diet is greens and beans. It's modified vegan as I do eat fish occasionally.

I will increase my time at the gym and continue to play volleyball as much as possible.

Personal Information:
I recently moved to Central New Jersey and am loving the Garden State...so many farms and fresh food...yeah God!

Thanks for visiting my page. I have a life long love of big black dogs. I've had Dobies, Black Labs, Black or mostly black GSDs, and now 3 Rotties. In dog rescue they have the worst adoption outcomes. No one wants them. Too bad.

I noticed your comment on my blog. Thanks! Anyway, I just wanted to say keep going with pilates! I started off being one of the worst and most inflexible people in my pilates class and now I'm beginning to do some advanced moves so you should totally stick with it! Good luck on your weight-loss journey!

C ame by for a visit to see what you are up to lately? Sure hope things are doing well for you. We got hit with a huge amount of snow!!Live 4 miles outside of D.C. Can't even see the car,just a big ball, so i guess we will get blowed out in a couple of days!!
