1) Weigh in twice weekly. 2) Track nutrition 3) Concentrate on getting vegetables in my diet 4) Walk at least 10 minutes daily 5) Forgive myself & be positive

3) Drink 7-9 glasses of water a day.
4) Walk at least 10 minutes without rest each day - aim for 30 minutes.
5) Strength train 3 times each week.
I have lived in Alaska for a very long time. I've been married longer than I was single, have 2 grown girls and 3 grandkids. I love to play with my grandkiddos, cook new dishes, and garden (play in the dirt).

Thank you for your kind words of support, I can really use that right now. I've going through a lot of self hate issues, not wanting to even leave my house to go out in public because of the way I look. So again, thank you, you are a sweetheart.
Retired.... whaaaaa !! I want to be retired. LOL ! Have a great time discovering new ways to spend your time, keep your mind active as well as your body and live well. I appreciate the "be kind to myself" post you gave me and I try to do that every day. We need to love ourselves first and then all the right people and goals for our life just fall into place. at least that is what my angels tell me. LOL. Keep sparking panther pal. TC
