I'm Adrianne. I've recently lost 60lbs, though i think i've probably gained 10 back. I did it on my own with just running almost everyday and eating absolutely no fast food or junk foods. While I'm not sure if I can be that hardcore again, I do know that if i've lived healthy before, I can find it again! I'm energized and hopefully writing things down and finding meal plans to help me out will encourage me to stay on track for a healthy future. I have asthma so that makes the running part hard ...

I have asthma so that makes the running part hard sometimes. If I can't run, I will walk. If I can't do either, I will still eat healthy!

Have you heard/tried high doses of vitamin D3 for asthma? I haven't used my flovent in well over a month now. I am taking 6,000 IU of D3. Some in the homeopathic/natural medicine community use as much as 50,000 IU of D3 for many things, but the consensus is that asthma symptoms are improved overall. Mayo clinic is currently using high doses of D3 for prostate and breast cancer patients.

Food for thought.
