Well, my RN to Thin hasn't worked The way I wanted it to. A year and some later added pounds. Still I will try again. Hopefully this time with better success. I am having fun along the way. Been to alska this past summer. Still working two jobs.

It's hard to get motivated again, but dragging yourself to workout is so worth it for the amazing feeling you have afterwards. ** Just keep that in mind** emoticon

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

You have done a great job of losing!!!10 pounds is a great accomplishment for any woman!! I just now lost 9 of mine in the last 2 weeks......this raw eating is fun and enlightening too. My hubby is the one who introduced this way of eating to us after he mastered his degree in health and nutrition, but over the years we have not kept to it strictly. He has become a diabetic and has Meniers disease also. He and I know he can be healed of these diseases or at least the diabetes by a raw food diet.....he lacks the will power and discipline to stay on it for a long enough period to experience the healing. My main goal was to begin on this myself and prove to him that healing can be done and maybe if I stay on it long enough, lose to my natural weight, and off my BP meds, he too will join me and be serious about it.
