    Looks like we have a lot in common so far as starting weight and goals. I posted a comment on your exercise question with a link to another SparkPeople member with some ideas on exercising. Also, Coach Dean Anderson has three good articles entitled, "Think You're Too Heavy to Exercise." Do a SparkPeople search for this and it should bring up the articles. Wishing you the best!
