At my highest I weighted 240lbs (I'm 6'3"), that was 4 years ago. I went on a crash Atkins diet and lost 40lbs in 4 weeks (I know... crazy) and felt great. Over the past 4 years my weight has remained fairly constant at 210, however this leaves my BMI at 26 which is borderline. I'm confused why my BMI is so high given I eat really well.
