A Journey to a New Me!

Hello all! I am 24 with two young daughters. My youngest is almost 9 months, so I am trying to focus on losing weight so I can be more active for my kids. It also wouldn't hurt to lose weight for the wonder outfits I cannot fit anymore. I know this journey is going to be long, but I am more than determined to see it all the way through! :D

My Goals:
Since my husband just recently left for the military, my goal is to be in shape by the time he returns home. I am hoping to be under 140lbs before December, but I would really love to be 130lbs!

My Program:
My program consists of counting calories and moderation with food. So far my routine includes a 30 min walk at 3.4 mph with a 2% incline. I will be doing this 3xs a week with the days of strength.

Personal Information:
My name is Lexy and I live in FL. Surprisingly I am overweight in this hot state lol! But soon that will change.

Seriously? You wear it all day or just parts of it? I can get in by Monday - maybe there is a video adv i could should look at. This is interesting - the belly is definitely my problem area. I'm curious.

Been a rough week fitness wise - grandDaughter is here and weve had a great time but I've missed all my fitness events and then started overeating - it's a battle to "just say no" to all the extra stuff. I want her to stay another week but a little terrified at what it may do - lol - maybe I really SHOULD order the blaster - can't hurt. Thanks for the tip - I'll let you know what I decide. :)

The Challenge is ON - you are to take the JEALOUSY - yes - it's okay - and let it eat at you to keep going!!! The challenge is to leave me in the dust. and you can do it - I'm stunned at where I am vs where I was - just recently. This is YOUR turn and I'm glad you are jealous IF it will keep you on track. You can even hate me on some days as long as long as you really Love me. roflmbo
