This is just a shout-out to my friends to find out if you are interested:
I'm starting a little "No Excuses Workout" club. What this means is we all agree to exercise regularly, no matter what (barring illness or major catastrophe!). Check-in with weekdays exercise reported will be on Mondays.
YOU decide how often and what exercise you want to do. The point is to do as much as we can, even if it's only 10 minutes, so we can honor the commitment we've made to ourselves and the team. I don't care what you do...just do it!
As we get members, you can see who's on the team by putting it on my page on Mondays. I love to chat, but his is not a chatting thing. It's simply just reporting on exercise.
Together we can support each other and reach our goals!! We have no excuse.
