Change IS happening! My son was born in November 2012 and being a healthy mom is very important to me. I tend to get on track for awhile, then fall back to old habits. It's time to recommit to taking some time for myself each day to focus on my goals. I'm tired of being in the same rut over and over and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I want the person who I know is locked inside to finally be free!

I am taking it one day at a time.

I am working through a 90 day workout program!

i am logging on to SparkPeople daily to receive motivation and useful information and to log my fitness!

I am drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day.

I am eating fresh fruits and/or vegetables with each meal and snack!

I know what you mean. I rocked the gym this morning, and have so much more energy. I wouldn't normally be awake by now, but already did 30 minute walk, and strength training. I am not tired even though I wake up 2 hours earlier, and no longer napping in the afternoon.

Working out is a good mood enhancer.. when you feel down.. do 30 mins exercise. It helps. I have been going to gym every morning, and it makes my whole day go better.

working out at 11 p.m. wow.. thats dedication.

I have to get up early to get to gym by 6 a.m... 6" snow expected, but hoping to get workout done before it gets too deep. A couple of years ago , I would have used it as an excuse..lol

Just realized you are a teacher, and the comment about kids was probably schoolkids, not yours.. I don't think you will be allowed to run them..lol.

I would not be surprised if they found out crack was being put in bread. I am mystified by how much people love it. Glad it didn't destroy your plan though.. I can only eat bread if it comes in the form of pizza. Sort of like I can stand salad, if you add enough ranch. I am glad I don't like bread, but wish I liked salad more.
