Day One Again!

I am trying to learn to focus on one day at a time, so on this journey everyday is a new chance for me to start over and do my best.

I hope to track my progress here so I can see my improvements and keep focused on what's important!

My Goals:
My goal for April is to reach 205. reached 4/28!!!

My goal for May is to get down below 200.

I am running/walking one 5k.

I want to paint the soffits above my kitchen cabinets.

In 2012 I want to run 3 more 5ks, and my goal is to get down to 165 this year.

My Program:
I go walking with my husband 5 nights a week.

This month I am trying 3 new exercise videos on netflix a week, trying to see if I like any of them.

I am trying to run on the track 2-3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I am a SAHM with an addiction to selling items on ETSY. I am currently in a recovery program that I call sparkpeople, and trying to keep my family as my focus. I am trying to learn new things every day.
