My Goals:
Exercise 60-90 minutes 5 times per week. Accumulate 2500 fitness minutes per month. Drink water, water, water instead of Diet Coke! Stay away from french fries, and rice! Eat fruit, instead of cookies! Eat crunchy veggies or nuts instead of chips.
My Program:
Stationary bike-40 minutes 3x /week; Swim 45-60 minutes 4-5x / week; Hoist Machines (strength training) 2-3 x /week Circuit training 1-2x /week; Walk the dog 3-4x / week. Have one dessert each week.
Other Information:
I copied this from "Butterflyemerge" - I thought this was a great way to remember what's really important! ___ I ate between my natural signals of hunger and satiety. ___ I engaged in exercise that I enjoyed. ___ I refrained from looking at fashion magazines, media images, or from envying other women's bodies. ___ I affirmed myself and my body by meditating on God's truth. ___ I took care of my body by getting enough rest and making beneficial food choices. ___ I set aside an unhealthy habit. ___ I continued my study of healthy ways to take care of me. ___ I supported others on their journey to their beautiful body.
