Evolving Me

Hello. I'm 38 and from York, PA. I've always struggled with my weight and have had ups and downs with it. I've lost about 40 lbs. in the past and felt wonderful, only to regain it when I went through a lot of downs in the past several years. I am now past all of that and am ready to love myself again. I want to better myself for not only me, but to be a better role model for my son. I want us both to lead healthy, active lives.

Hey hon! I'm SO sorry I've been horrible with my commenting! I fell off the wagon REALLY bad the past couple of weeks, but I was finally able to pull myself back up, and I'm feeling much better and my motivation has returned.
