Eeevery little bit helps!

I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! down to 130 according to the scale but have at least 5 lbs of muscle on me so that would put me at like 125. 5 more lbs to tone up with weight training and ill be right where i want to be. Even kept the lights on the other evening!!!LOL I feel so great and I couldnt have done it without everyone's encouragement.. Thanks everyone!!!!

My Program:
cardio 7x a week for about 30min. two weeks floor weight training and two weeks kettle bell training alternated. And eat really well staying within my ranges. Water is a must, 64 oz a day.

Thanks so much for your comment on my page. I got real frustrated when I was working hard and not seeing the results I wanted, but then I have to remind myself that this is a long term goal and I need a little more patience!
