My Goals:
Be more active.

Lose 10% of my weight until I reach my goal.

My Program:
I have recently lost 10% of my weight following South Beach Diet. So I plan to follow that model to reach my goals.

Personal Information:
I am approaching late 20's and this is supposed to be the the time where I am in my peak shape. That is not the case and so I am committing to kicking myself in the butt to get there.

Other Information:
I love to cook and consider myself a foodie, so it's very tempting when dining out to indulge.
I'm open for new, exciting and challenging recipes to keep me motivated.
