Age 50+. I recently sold my home, left friends and job, and moved across the state to be a caregiver for my elderly mother in law. I know no one here besides my husband. After 10+ months I have found my self to be lonely, bored, depressed and fatter than ever. I am slowly becoming a person I would not like to know. I want better for myself. Time will pass no matter what I do, so I might as well spend time with goals in mind and work on bettering myself! Here I go!
