My Goals:
Goal is to lose around 80 pounds of fat but gain 5-10 pounds of muscle.

My Program:
Living a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating 6-7 servings of fruits and vegetables, eating little chocolate (it's my weakness), determining what foods to eat based on my SP nutritional analysis, and working out with various Wii games.

I lost around 70 pounds several years ago but gained all of it back when my dog died since I just stopped caring about everything, including myself. But it's time to move on and get back on track.

Personal Information:
I live in northern Virginia.

Other Information:
I love horror movies and books.

Thanks for commenting on my 50 pounds... blog. It's hard some days to realize how far we've come. The visuals really help when sometimes, you still see that other person in the mirror.
Keep that bag of sugar around and don't forget to multiply it when it comes time!!
Spark on!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon for my SparksGoodie! I feel much better today. I normally wake during the night when I don't feel well and eat. Last night I just drank water. I'm proud of myself, thanks to your support. I look forward to telling everyone about my milestones. Have a great day!

THANK YOU! for the comment you wrote on my blog. I will be doing what you suggested. Pin pointing this habit is what needs to happen in order to fix it. Thanks again!

No problem, I enjoy helping! I bought mine from Amazon. It's by Nature's Way. I even found it at Walmart though, in the baking supplies aisle if your regular grocery doesn't have it. Olive oil is a good choice too but I recommended coconut b/c it is healthier but also because you can eat it raw. If you do find it, I'd hold off on using it to cook for a while since it should be used at a lower temperature. It can go bad if cooked at very high temps.
