Ultimately I want to shape up for life. I want to be active rather than just sitting all the time, because I tire easly or become out of breath quickly.
I am going to do the bootcamp everyday and use walking tapes to get in my cardio exercise. I plan I getting my 8 glasses of water in which is no problem I drink a lot and and don't drink pop. I am also going to work on getting my servings of fruits and veggies in eating the right portion sizes of everything else.
I''m a Nurse from Forest City Iowa. I love my job but feel I could be much better if I was a healthier weight to keep up with everyone. I have been working a less active job as most of my responsibilities are on the computer. I have put on 30 pounds since having my daughter. I live with my husband of 6 years(we've been together for 10), our 3 1/2 year old daughter Faith Ilene, and our Rat terrier Raleigh. My husband also needs to lose weight but i told him I would be happier if he would quit smoking first.
I want to become that active mom. The one that says lets go out and play in the yard instead of telling her no because I'm to tired or lazy to get up from the TV or Computer.
