I'm a very proud 40 year old and I couldn't feel happier! Age is just a number, so I say, let's live it up; embrace your age and work on your flaws. We're human and not perfection, people! We have our good days and some bad days but let's make a conscious effort to increase the good days! And if I can help or inspire just one person to change their health lifestyle for the better, my wish would be granted. You only have one life! I'm no super or wonder woman; I'm as human as you are with flaws and stresses of life but I make my health my #1 priority because that's what keeps me around on this beautiful planet. I actually derive so much happiness and joy from working out; I feel accomplished. And all I do is "Show up and push play" taking it one day at a time. It gets frustrating at times but it's mind over matter for me...it's all in our head!!! I hate regretting tomorrow the time I wasted being lazy today. Show that lazy voice who is boss of your body!!! And your body will thank you after it's said and done for the day when you conquered that voice.
