Get 8 hours of sleep every night (good for energy)

Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work

I am REALLY doing this!! It has been almost 6 months, YES I have had set backs but MOST importantly I AM STILL HERE!! I have come to realize that this is NOT just about weight loss, this is about Putting MYSELF back in the Picture. It is so easy to lose yourself in everyday life. It is MUCH harder to focus on what YOU really need. I am worth it and I WILL SUCCEED.

I am focusing on a real GOAL now , of course I had goals "Be heathly, get under 200 pounds, live more, etc....." I have completed chap. 1 of "The SPARK" book. I love the first page of chap. 2 . I AM NOT IN THAT OCEAN ANYMORE. I have a goal, I will reach it, I see it, It has a date. Now my Goals will have a purpose.

I'm just stopping by to remind you, since I completely forgot to repost our Week 7 Challenge emoticon that points were UNLIMITED last week, and you would have earned 1 point for EVERY minute of cardio you did last week, plus an additional 20 points for completing the bonus challenge.
