My Program:
I AM going to exercise. (I will get aleast 10 min. a day) I AM going to reward myself for ALL of my weigh loss NO MATTER how small. A loss is a loss. I always find the good in others, I WILL BEGIN TO FIND THE GOOD IN MYSELF.
