Dance Like No One's Watching!

My Goals:
-Run a half marathon
-Lose about 25 pounds
-Get to the gym 6 days a week
-Meet more people
-Always stay positive
-Get my flexibility back to it's full range
-Find a healthy sleep pattern
-Feel confident come swim-suit season

My Program:
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
-Run at least 3-4 times a week
-Stretch every day
-Stay away from fried food and unnecessary sugar
-Maintain portion control
-Watch the starch intake

Other Information:
I've been dancing for as long as I can remember. Dance has always been an escape for me and it always will be. I've recently found a similar release in running as well. I know I will always find ways to dance, but I hope I continue to run, improve my form and endurance, and one day (sooner rather than later) be able to commit to running a half marathon!

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was nine years old so eating the right foods has always been a little difficult with my diet. I've been lucky enough to get it more or less under control but still have trouble occasionally. One of my main focuses is finding a long term diet that help me with my weight loss goals without affecting my health issues.
