Fitness Minutes: 29,918

My Goals:
To be healthier and stronger, at any age. I like looking and feeling younger than I actually am! We were made to MOVE; I am grateful each morning when my feet hit the floor, anticipating my daily workout.

My Program:
I exercise everyday for at least two hours (I typically average 14 plus hours per week). I make it a priority, every morning after my devotional/quiet time. Kettlebell training is a huge part of my program; I complete a 30 to 60 minute workout with kettlebells at least three times a week (Lauren Brooks and Keith Weber are my favorite trainers). I also hit my treadmill everyday. Also, I love cardio DVDs, especially Amy Bento; she rocks. No one creates step aerobic and kickboxing videos better than she does. Finally, I am a huge yoga fan. I complete a 20 to 40 minute routine after my Sunday workout and I complete a 10 to 20 minute routine after each of my daily workouts.

I am also striving to choose healthier, whole food options and to eat less sugar. Nutrition is the biggest challenge for me; exercise is really a form of entertainment because I love it.

July may have only just started, but you're on track to be the month's Fitness Minutes leader, AND you've logged the most Fitness Minutes for the first half of 2011! Keep up the great work!
