I noticed you have a recipe with Country Choice Organic Multigrain Hot Cereal in it. Is that the one from Trader Joe's, 130 calories for 1/2 cup dry? I was thinking about buying it as an alternative to my oatmeal, do you like it? Can you microwave it like Quaker Old Fashioned Oats? Thanks! emoticon

Thank you for your rice milk recipe. We have seven children and WIC dose not give rice milk but they do give brown rice. Our one year old has a major dairy allergy and cant eat or drink any dairy at all and has soy tummy problems and so we spent a lot on rice milk and now I make it and my baby loves it. I did try others but I think this is the best one so THANK YOU!! emoticon

I did a search for stevia recipes and came across several of your recipes. Then I noticed that you've entered a whole bunch of recipes. I look forward to trying them out and am thankful that you took the time to share. Karen

Thanks for the comment. Actually, I am not trying to lose weight, but always looking for lighter options to maintain while still enjoying fun food. I made up this recipe for my dad, who loves key lime pie, lived in Florida and misses it, but has about 150 pounds to use. So, well worth it to have a lighter version than to die too young of obesity related diseases for the pleasure of the "real" thing. But I agree, the real thing is definitely tops!

Just saw your recipe for "Mock Key Lime Pie (Fiber One Crust)," and while it certainly sounds healthy, I'm heartbroken! Living in Florida, the whole idea of "mock Key Lime Pie" is sacrilegious! Much continued success to you on your weight loss journey!!!
