I need help!!

I am 22 and since I started college, I have put on the Freshman 15 probably each semester. I look at pictures from Senior year of high school and thats where I want to be again, if not smaller. My goal weight is 140 which is a healthy weight for my 5'7" height. I eat pretty healthy with lots of fresh fruit. Exercise is my weakness. My boyfriend works out everyday and I want to keep up with him! and of course look good for him. I need that extra push, and its hard with the heat of the ...

To start out slow and work my way up. Avoid multiple snacks and fattening food. Avoid Caffeine. Drink lots of water and crystal light.

I am a recent graduate of TSU. I currently work for Special School District. Hoping to start my Masters Aug 2013 in Deaf Education.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my Spark page about working with kids with special needs. It was a rewarding and challenging career, and after 29 years, I just couldn't do it any more. The demands of the parents, SSD meetings and paper work, little consistency with SSD administrators over my 17 years there (I lost track of how many area coordinators I had), I was just too stressed out! Not any more! So blessed to have been able to retire at age 51, took care of my sick mother for a few years, and now am taking care of ME!

I wish you well with your new job ~ so glad you are happy with it! Where are you placed?

Glad you posted some new photos! What a difference you'll see a year from now! I'll friend you so we can encourage each other! Here we go! emoticon

Welcome to the St. Louis team! Good for you going for your Doctorate in Audiology! Good luck with that and with living a healthier lifestyle. Although I'm in a slump right now, Spark has really helped me. I've lost around 60 pounds (since I retired from teaching special ed after 29 years:), and 50 of that was with the support of Spark. I've still got about 70 lbs. to go and will never give up! I know you can do this, too! From reading what you wrote in My Program, it seems you have a nice fitness plan.

Here's to you, eating healthier, getting fit, and being happy!

Thanks for the comment on my Cupcake Blog. Hey if it was a few months back you better believe that I would have downed that cupcake in like 4 seconds flat. but I believe that once you start seeing results even the slightest you start to think, "WOW, all I had to do was eat healthy and exercise more and I could eventually have the body I ALWAYS have longed for!" Well that's my case anyways. Any time you need some motivation I'm right here. Just keep it up and DON'T give up and you will succeed! emoticon
