Losing weight and feeling good....

Hello,

Okay here is a little update. I have been stuck in a rut for the last 3 to 4 weeks, staying at the same weight. I have changed up my workout routine to walking 3 days a week and working on my elliptical the same day I walk, also on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do a all-star workout, and everyday I do strength exercises. This is the new routine that I have been on since last week, so hopefully this will spark something and I can start losing weight again.

I am still eating healthy so I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I guess I will figure it out.

I have been with spark people for 11 weeks now, and I love this site. It keeps me motivated and going. In the 11 weeks that I have been with spark people I have lost 21 pounds. The people on this site are so helpful and caring. Without everyone at spark people I probably would have given up by now.

I always say I am going to lose weight, and I start then after a week I usually get frustraded and quite. I have been doing this for a month now and I am determined to lose weight this time. My Goals:
I want to lose about 65 pounds, eat healthy and be very confident in myself.

My Program:
I walk outdoors for 60 minutes, ride a bike outdoors for 30 minutes, jumping jacks & sit-ups, I also do 2 to 3 dvd workouts everyday. For Strength workout, I do 12 core exercises everyday.

Personal Information:
I am married with 3 boys, their ages are 9, 4 & 2. I stay busy, but I never worked out, so I am now going to change that.

I love sports, but my favorite is those Great LSU TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice to hear from you. I let some things get me off track and of course too much party food. Now is the time to pay attention to what we eat and make good choices. I also plan to weight once a week. Good luck with your plan and stick around this is a nice place.

How are you? I know you are busy with all the games but I hope you find time for yourself. I have been guilty this week of not moving enough and not eating right. But I will do better today and keep going.

Hey girl,
Did you get any of the storms where you live? Hope everything is ok with you and your family. I guess we have 1 more week with the 30th being on this coming friday. I can't weigh because my scale is averaging a five lb difference when I weigh. It won't weigh the same thing in five tries. Good excuse huh.
