Ali's page: I need to Move it to Lose it!

Well now... i've had some time away from Spark. I sometimes feel I don't deserve to be healthy and have my life on track and made the WRONG choice to believe that feeling and give into my emotional eating. I understand that this journey to mental and physical health (because they are so connected) will take a while and I need to make the choice to ask God each day to help me keep on going!

I grew up being v skinny and tall (54kg or 118.8lbs) so I didn't worry about what I ate. When I left home aged 18 I started slowly putting on weight and now, 6 years later I am 72kg or 158.4lbs... I would love to tone up and feel fit!! AND I WILL!

Weigh 70kg **Done**

Weigh 68kg **WOO, DONE**

February Weight= 66kg **DONE**

May Weight= 65kg took me long enough... come on Al, back on track now!!

June Weight= 64.5kg :( COME ON Ali you CAN do it!!!!

My Program:
40 mins of cardio (with my dog) 4 times a week **8/9/09- changed it to 30 mins 6 times a wk**

I struggle with this one.... 20 mins of strength twice a week! **I no longer struggle with this**

Thats great that you love them, I am usually not a fan, LOL. It actually was really nice, I was the maid of honor so I was running around like crazy trying to help her with all the last minute details. Its amazing how long it takes to prepare and then it seems like its over in about an hour. It was a good time though and I am definitely glad that I went :o) it was just a stressful trip and a quick one so I feel like I am still recovering.
