    Thank you for sharing you program with me I will try to find you on Facebook. We can also Send Sparkmail. It would be nice to have some support while I lose this weight. I am going to a wellness clinic tomorrow to see about getting an exercise program going. I see doctors and therapist and Health Care Access and they are helping me get my health under control. The Wellness clinic has Kansas University students that volunteer to help with fitness and nutrition goals. They have an exercise room at the clinic now so I am going to see about using the equipment to get my exercise. If I can get a good exercise program going and start changing what I eat I know I can lose this weight. emoticon emoticon

    Thank you for your comment on the January Jumpstart message boards. I will keep trying to get this weight off. I just have to find what works best for me and I know I will lose the weight. I am going to ready the book "Eat What You love Love What You Eat" I also have the workbook to go with it. I am hoping that I can learn why I eat and how to counteract it. I know I am an emotional eater. I just need to understand if I am eating because of my emotions and find other things to do instead of eat. They say "If at first you don't succeed Try, Try again. I will keep trying until I get it right.

    I saw on the January Jumpstart forum that you are having trouble adding more protein to your diet. I used to have the same problem a few months ago. Foods that have helped me: yogurt (greek or just read labels to find one with 7g+ of protein per serving), lentils, tofu, larger portions of meat, eggs, chick peas (or hummus) and protein powder (I use GNC Pro Performance Whey Protein- chocolate or caramel). Hope this helps!
