Hey fellow sparker. My name is Ally and I live in Chicago. I am a single mom of two boys (ages 17 & 19) and a puppy. I joined SparkPeople to get an edge in a weight loss contest at work. But I ended up staying because I know it's proved to be a key success factor in reaching my ultimate weight goals.

I recently joined LA fitness and would recommend anyone to obtain a membership. The classes I usually take are Zumba, Total Body Conditioning, and Boot Camp.

My Program:
My program is a combination of eating healthy and incorporating exercise.

Nutrition:
1300 calorie day diet with no more than 29g of fat, & 179g of carbs each day.

Fitness:
Walk/Jog 12 miles each week along wtih strength training 3 days a week.
