Losing the impossible 20
I'm now in my 30's and decided that it's time to step it up. I read about all the things we should do to be healthy and take care of ourselves. I know what I should do, but don't. So, it's now time to step it up and become the healthy person I desire to be.

My name is Mandie and I'm from the very far western suburbs of Chicago. I became a night shift nurse 3 years ago and have watched my weight climb up almost 20 pounds! So, this year I plan on learning to eat healthier and just becoming more active. I'd prefer to lose 25-30 pounds, but will settle for losing less but becoming more fit.

Current favorite music group: Superchick Hobbies: reading, singing, playing piano, camping, cooking I would love to learn how to garden - organically.
