This was taken in 2006 at my highest weight. When I saw this photo I knew I HAD to do something.

This is me in March of 2008 with some friends. I had made significant progress at this point but clearly, still a long long way to go!

Staying between 1200-1550 calories per day. Burn at least 2000 calories per week with cardio and weight training 2-3 times a week.
