This time will be successful

I have tried and tried, but still haven't reached my goal. I need support and strength. I have struggled all my life with my weight. I just want to be comfortable and feel good about my physical appearence. I do love who I am and those around me. My weight has gone up and down for years. My highest was 205 after my first husband passed away. I can be thankful that I am not there, but if I am not careful, I will.

It was so easy to lose when I was younger, but nowI it is not ...

My Goals:
I have a 30 pound goal, more if possible, but I have to remain realistic.

Personal Information:
I live in Dearborn Michigan. I am a registered nurse working on the oncology unit. I am a Nana of 7 with four children at home. Amazing huh!!!!!!!

Other Information:
I am an Aerosmith fan. I love my boys from Boston. I have taken all my children to at least one concert. Bryan went when I was 71/2 months pregnant with him. That was a grand time as my step-daughter was also just as pregnant. We rocked the house.

Rock on- I love Aerosmith! LOL... I think this time around is YOUR time. You seem to have the upmost determination, and you WILL do it! I think where we lose our motivation is when we slip up, plateau, or get busy with other things. I think the main thing to remember is that nutrition and exercise is a way of life like brushing our teeth. It has to be THAT much of a routine for us. We also need to understand that once in a while we may discover a "cavity," but don't ignore it, take care of it! If I eat too much, I exercise more, if I skip a meal, I find a protien bar, etc. I treat my body the way I want to feel and look. Good luck and cheers!

Glad ya made it! There are so many good articles, motivators and resouces on this site...you will love it. Good with your healthy eating goals. You can do it. Have a great weekend...and remember.....do at least one nice thing for yourself every day!
