So far, I've kept the preset 6,000 steps that come with the spark activity tracker as a goal. But my real goal is to do as much as possible!

I hear you about that!! I used to teach and I HAD to get it done as soon as I got home and before I sat down and got comfy and then hungry lol. Mornings are definitely do-able as long as you have that mindset the night before (which tends to be my problem lol)

I definitely hear you on that! I miss having roommate for that reason alone because I would DEFINITELY not miss the gym living with others who were going lol.

My problem is I slack on working out on days that I work and then end up slightly overloading on my days off... not the best balance.
