You want me to do what with that hill?!?! Run up it? Really? LOL! No, seriously, is that what you were recommending?

I did do some searching for some good running ST exercises, thanks! I pinned one on my running board. How does that work, do you get notified when I pin something to that, since I invited you to pin to it? Anyway, it's called...hold on...Ripper Core Workout. I am trying to focus some on my arms too, just cuz I hate them. Ugh.

I have been having a great week so far. Ran 4 on Monday, did 30 mins of ST on Tuesday, ran 4 yesterday (44 mins, 1% for 2 miles, 2% for 2 miles), and am planning on 30+ mins of ST today. Tomorrow I'll do the easy 3 and ST, spread out like you suggested. Saturday rest and Sunday OUTSIDE! Line up everybody, line up, line up, it's time to go outside (you ever watch the Bubble Guppies? if not, that made no sense to you, LOL!!).

Thanks for all the advice...might just go with heavier dumbells instead of KBs. I'll have to think about it for a minute. If I could get in more gym time, they have a really nice weight machine there that I would love to use. Yesterday I went to the gym as soon as Emily got home...Carly was sleeping and just had P go with me. He was bummed we had to walk up the big hill in the 20 degree weather, but it will be getting warmer soon.

Alright, just finished up breakfast, though I think Carly ate more of my cream of wheat than I did. Oh, and I love your suggestions as far as my eating. I usually do pretty good at staying with a clean diet. I have actually had to make myself some meals separate from what everyone else is eating lately just to keep at it. I would really like to be dropping some weight. I know I've dropped inches, everything is getting big and I can move back down to some of my old clothes (yay!!).

Alright, enough rambling, gotta get moving!

Good morning Easy cheese! I use my phone a lot, but the cool thing is I can just talk to it and it does all the typing for me, lol!
Hope you get in a run today. I just started some laundry but don't have too much to do. Going to get in a good strength training session this afternoon. Running outside made me realize how much work I still have to do to be ready for race day. But don't you worry I will be on it!! I've vow to be able to run nearly as awesome as you!
there is a video on the mini Indy web page of the race course, I need to get a minute to watch it. I think the course is pretty flat.

That's great! Today is a rest day for me. Finished up my homework & took a much needed nap. C had me up a couple times. I hope she learns how to sleep through the night soon! Have a good evening girl, I'll catch you in the morning!

Morning sunshine! I have actually been doing really well with stretching, it's the ST that I still seem to struggle with. Hey, you told me something before that I should do or wear with shorts when running, to avoid chaffing... what was it? I haven't bought any shorts yet, but I think I will for race day. Anyhoo, gotta go put laundry in the dryer. Hope you have a great day! Thanks for being such an awesome cheerleader! You really help keep me motivated!
