So are you only weighing in once a month now? I'm sure you'll drop your holiday weight off quickly. I had gained 4lbs during the holidays, but since I was eating so crappy beforehand it was kinda easy to drop that weight. Oh girl... right after Thanksgiving I got on the scale and it was MORE THAN my highest weight recorded. There may have been a tear. I know I have been much heavier before, but I never used a scale back then. Ugh.
Good luck with the whole not counting calories method. I think since you were doing it for so long before you should be able to eyeball food now and determine if it's good or bad... or within your allotted daily range.
