This is how I looked when I swam 50 to 60 laps every day and ate whatever I wanted. I'm embarrassed by this picture, but I share it to emphasize how important eating right is to staying healthy. Diet and exercise are two sides of the same proverbial coin.

Me? Meh, I'm kind of between flexible and not-so-flexible...it's just what it is, that's all.

I am a Beachbody coach and P90X enthusiast. I also enjoy being the designated swim-leg in a co-ed team for my hometown's annual triathlon. I believe in muscle confusion; that variety is the spice of life; and that strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance are all pieces of a healthy lifestyle. I hope to share my second round of P90X progress photos sometime near the end of 2008 / earl y 2009.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for sharing your thoughts on P90X Legs & Back. I think this is my new favorite P90X routine! Of course, I say that about ever routine - lol.

Wow, 6 rounds of P90X, I'm impressed. I'm in Week 4 (rest week) of my 5th round. I'm loving it, but am really enjoying the rest week.
